Obama's Slam Dunk Not Guilty Verdict Ahmed Abu Khatallah, the Benghazi bomber , that the Obama administration "captured" while he was drinking whatever Islamic terrorists drink by the pool, will be tried in the United States at the direction of Hizzoner Barack Hussein Obama AND will by virtue of being on US soil will constitutionally be Mirandized.  How convenient. Once Mirandized, this Islamic terrorist simply has to sit back, say nothing and will be found not guilty by a liberal, politically correct jury hand picked by the Obama administration. This is by design.  Obama ALWAYS sides with the Muslims. Wake the Hell Up America! D-Day It strikes me as exceptionally hypocritical that the President of the United States travels to Normandy to "honor" the very men and women that he locked out of their national memorials and cemeteries. He commits treason, then gives a speech claiming to honor the men and women of D-Day. Our Heroes of the Greatest Generation deserve so much more respect.  They certainly do not deserve an American president who hates America and has committed treason to speak about them.  They gave their lives to preserve freedom.   His mission is to destroy that freedom.

NASCAR - I love this sport I was thinking the other day about how long I have been following NASCAR. When I first got into this sport there were of course Chevy’s and Fords.   But there were also many other manufacturers such as Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Mercury, Dodge and Plymouth.   They were ALL American nameplates.   There was no Toyota in the sport. The sport at the time was known as the NASCAR Grand National Series.   Today the series is known as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. There was no Nationwide Series which began in 1982 when Budweiser sponsorship helped create the second tier of the sport, which 2 years later became the NASCAR Busch Series, and in 2007, the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Justice has been done people, now move along. Nothing to see here. The trial of George Zimmerman is over.  Zimmerman was charged by a special prosecutor in Florida, solely on political and racial grounds, after the District Attorney and local law enforcement decided that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.  Zimmerman cooperated fully with law enforcement from day one.  Zimmerman has been found "Not Guilty" by a jury.  Now, let me add something here.  As a person who spent 32 years in law enforcement, there is a big difference between Not Guilty and Innocent .  The jury said not guilty. People from the President of the United States (" If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon "), to well known race baiters, the liberal media, rabble rousers and just plain racists made this unfortunate incident a racial matter.  Of course, the liberal mainstream media hyped this like it was worse than the Holocaust.       ...

I am writing this to pose a question.  Perhaps one of my more learned friends can answer the question.   Please feel free to post an answer, either here or on Facebook, because I’m going to link this on my Facebook page. I know and understand that the National Guard can be mobilized to assist state and local governments in emergencies, such as natural and / or "man created" (formerly known as acts of terrorism) disasters and civil disturbances.  What I did not realize is that they can also be mobilized for non-emergency civilian law enforcement duties.  Maybe I wasn't paying attention somewhere along the line.  Seems I should know these things.   Maybe I didn’t know because the National Guard was never mobilized when I was a cop and a Mayor was inaugurated in York, PA.    When I read last week that in excess of 6,000 National Guard 1 troops were "sworn in" as civilian law enforcement personnel, or to supplement civilian law enfor...
