  Economic Stimulus Payment Sometime this year, we taxpayers will again receive another “Economic Stimulus” payment.   This is indeed a very exciting program, and I’ll explain it by using a Q&A format:   Q.     What is an “Economic Stimulus” payment? A.      It is money that the Federal government will send to taxpayers.   Q.     Where will the government get this money? A.      From taxpayers.   Q.     So the government is giving me back my own money? A.      Only a smidgen of it.   Q.     What is the purpose of this payment? A.      The plan is for you to use the money to purchase a high definition TV, thus stimulating the economy. Q.    But isn’t that stimulating the economy of China?   Basement Biden & the Democrats There is a good reason the Democrats keep a tight rein on Basement Joe. They have to keep him away from people, and cannot let him talk. He simply cannot handle extemporaneous speaking. Put a flip chart in front of him with his speech written in magic marker or crayon, and he'll stumble through it, probably only going off script several times and saying incoherent things until someone frantically points to whatever page of the flip chart that he is supposed to be on. If you let Joe stand up in front of even second graders who ask him nerf ball questions like "What is your favorite color?", look out. He's liable to say anything. Some of it might be intelligent.
