Change of Venue

My client(s) cannot get a fair trial anywhere in the United States.
Stevie Wonder can see this one coming a mile away. Some ACLU scumbag, bottom-feeding, bleeding heart socialist liberal asshole excuse for a lawyer will file a request like this for Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his foreign militant freedom hating band of murderers. Isn’t our criminal justice system a great thing? It can be abused in myriad ways, including by the President of the United States, who as a law school graduate and trained and one time practicing lawyer himself knows, or should know, full well the implications of his statements. Wait, his practice consisted largely of representing ACORN. He DEFENDED criminals, he never prosecuted them.
This murderous crew should never be confused with criminals. They committed an act of war against the United States. They are not now, and never will be entitled to a criminal trial, except for their bud, Obama pulling some strings, then putting in the fix. These assholes killed, no murdered, 3000 Americans and others on 11 September 2001, an act of war under any other administration, and Fearless Leader Obama, orders them tried like they were busted for jay walking.
I have an idea for a change of venue. Put them all on a C-130 and head west. Somewhere just short of their new trial venue, about half way between Midway and Wake Islands in the Pacific, they attempt to escape, and are successful. They run out the open cargo hatch of the C-130 at 35,000 feet, but our troops are unable to capture them. Despite a search effort that lasts for almost an hour, there is no sign of these terrorists. Did I mention they did not have parachutes?
Now that’s justice.
